Townhomes for Toys is a project I started in 2007.
Originally called Tesoro Arca, we changed the name to something more manageable. Located on Cougar Road in West Kelowna, Townhomes for Toys has a central location close to shopping, golf and schools. The main feature of these Townhomes are the garages which are large enough to fit a R.V. or multiple other toys, perfect for our outdoor lifestyle in the Okanagan.
Currently there are 8 buildings, with 1 more slated to start in the near future. Those 8 buildings have a combination of different sized units for a total of 60 units. The unit options are customizable to the owner, but we have 3 base designs. You can start with a single unit, which has the narrowest garage, the one and half sized unit, which can be 2 or 3 bedrooms, or the double unit, which has two (that’s right TWO) oversized garages. There are under 10 units left available out of the current 60 units.
These townhomes are moving fast, with a lot of great neighbours already living here. We have a show home you can walk through and our office is located on-site as well. Our office is open 7 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday for any questions you may have or to view the show home. Outside of those times the show home is available by appointment through Ryan Mayne.
